Art Fair and Exhibition Installation Services in London

Seido Art Services installs exhibitions and art fair presentations for museums, galleries, private collectors and art consultants across London and international venues. We plan every installation around the client schedule and exhibition opening date, bringing the technical precision and handling standards developed inside leading UK cultural institutions to every project, whatever its scale.

Where This Experience Comes From

Our team includes installers who have worked at Tate Modern, Tate Britain, the Hayward Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Academy, Sotheby's and Somerset House, which is where the standards we apply to client exhibitions were originally learned. In 2025, we delivered the installation for Scott Mead: Moments in Time, a solo retrospective spanning over 100 works from five decades of the photographer's career, staged at Ladbroke Hall in London.

How We Approach an Exhibition Installation

We start with a conversation about the exhibition: the scale of the show, the venue or fair stand, any fixed dates, and whether transport, storage or equipment hire need to be part of the plan alongside the installation. From that, we put together a quotation covering every element discussed, so there are no gaps once work is under way. Once dates are agreed, our team handles the installation, from logistics and unpacking through to final placement, working to whatever hours the venue or fair permits, including early mornings, evenings or overnight where the schedule demands it.

Larger shows or tight turnarounds are usually handled with a team of art technicians drawn from museum and gallery backgrounds, sized to the scale of the exhibition requirements. Once installation is complete, we walk the space with you before the show opens, so any final adjustments are made while there's still time to make them, not after doors open to the public.

Condition Reporting

Where a client needs it, we can prepare condition reports both before and after an exhibition, documenting the state of each piece for insurance or transportation purposes. This is particularly relevant for loaned works, touring shows, or anything travelling between venues, where a clear record of condition on arrival and departure protects both the lender and the venue.

Scale and Flexibility

We support installations across very different formats and timescales. At Photo London 2026, the UK's leading photography fair in its new home at Olympia, we delivered four separate gallery installations within a single day. We have also returned as installation partner for galleries exhibiting at Frieze London in both 2025, 2024 and years prior, one of the most significant contemporary art fairs in the world, held annually in Regent's Park. Our experience is demonstrated in our ability to handle both a multi-stand art fair turnaround and large scale artist retrospectives. This reflects the flexibility our clients need from an installation partner.

Why Choose Us

Seido Art Services brings a level of exhibition and art fair experience that few installation companies in London can match: a team trained inside institutions including Tate Modern, Sotheby's and the Royal Academy, a returning role at globally recognised fairs such as Frieze London and Photo London, and named retrospectives including Scott Mead's Moments in Time. We also regularly support smaller, one-off projects for art dealers and art consultants, including pop-up shows and private presentations, applying the same standards regardless of scale. Clients return to us because that experience translates directly into a calmer, better-planned installation, whatever the size or setting of the exhibition.
