Frieze London 2025

Frieze London 2025, a gathering point for artists, galleries, and audiences eager to explore new ideas in contemporary art. Seido Art Services was thrilled to be on site once again, supporting a distinguished group of galleries as their displays took shape. From the first measurements to the final adjustments, our role was to help transform booth spaces into displays ready to welcome visitors from across the globe.

In 2025 we worked with Societe, D’Lan Contemporary, Livia Benavides and Gypsum Gallery.

This year highlighted just how much happens long before an artwork meets the public eye. Detailed plans evolved as crates opened, sightlines shifted, and curatorial choices refined themselves in real time. Our team balanced technical problem-solving with aesthetic sensitivity; stretching canvases, aligning heights, calibrating lighting, and ensuring every piece felt intentional within its context. Whether managing intricate installations or carefully hanging single works, the goal remained the same: clarity, coherence, and respect for the artist’s vision.

Coordination played a major part in 2025. With overlapping schedules, evolving layouts, and tight deadlines, staying agile was essential. By maintaining open communication with gallery teams and artists, we were able to respond quickly, keep momentum steady, and create booths that felt polished without sacrificing care or precision.

Moments on the floor reminded us why this work matters, seeing visitors slow down, engage, and discover something unexpected. We’re deeply appreciative of the galleries who entrusted us with their presentations and of everyone who spent time exploring the fair.

Looking ahead, Seido Art Services continues to focus on thoughtful installation, dependable logistics, and collaborative support from planning through exhibition.

If you’re preparing for an upcoming show, art fair, or private display, we’d be pleased to help you bring your exhibition to completion. Smoothly, safely, and with attention to every detail.
