Mason & Fifth - Westbourne Park. 1400+ Artworks Installed.

Hotel Art Installation in London: Mason & Fifth, Westbourne Park

In 2025, Seido Art Services were appointed to deliver a large-scale hotel art installation at Mason & Fifth’s newly opened Westbourne Park hotel in London. Working alongside the team at Interior Address, our specialist art installation team was responsible for installing artworks and mirrors throughout the hotel’s 332 studio rooms and shared communal spaces.

As an experienced provider of hotel art installation services in London, we were engaged to manage the physical installation phase efficiently and in line with the wider construction programme. Despite the scale of the project, the full installation was completed in under two weeks, ahead of schedule and within budget.

Coordinated Art Installation for a Large-Scale Hotel Project

Installing artworks and mirrors across hundreds of rooms requires careful planning, sequencing, and coordination. From the outset, our team worked closely with Interior Address and the site contractors to develop a clear installation strategy that allowed works to progress smoothly without disrupting other trades.

Large hospitality installations demand more than speed alone. Accuracy, consistency, and protection of newly completed interiors are critical, particularly when working at scale across multiple floors and room types. Each item was installed with consistent positioning and alignment to ensure a cohesive visual experience for guests throughout the hotel.

Logistical Planning and Efficient Delivery

Due to the volume of artworks and mirrors involved, detailed logistical planning formed a key part of the project’s success. Our scope of works included coordinating access to rooms, managing installation sequencing, and ensuring our team could operate efficiently within the live site environment.

By working collaboratively with all project stakeholders, we ensured that installations were carried out safely, methodically, and to a high standard, while maintaining momentum across the programme.

Our Art Installation Services for Hotels

Working closely with Interior Addres, our scope of work included:
